Some Background Information

Hi all,

As I've stated. God has called me to make some big changes in my life. I thought it was wise for me to let you know where I'm coming from though, just to make sure that we're all on the same page.

For a couple of months now, I had been getting the feeling that my time here was drawing to a close. It felt like the devil turned up the heat & trus mi' I was sweating from all parts of me (figuratively speaking). Then out of the blue, Dad calls to tell me that the officials from that particular embassy (no names guys you know which one I'm talking about) wanted pictures and a medical and some other documents. I thought this was weird because I didn't submit an application to them, until I was kindly informed by Dad that he signed me up for a scholarship. So that's how the ball got rolling and this is where my Step of Faith begins.

I resigned my job and am now home. You may say........"that doesn't sound like Faith to me!". The catch is though that I still haven't heard the final word on the scholarship. I have been praying about this move and I really feel that the Lord is moving me towards the purpose that He has for my life. So I'm going to be packing my bags in Faith that the final word will come back and it will be a 'Good Report'.

Let me end on a happy note. I have to say, God has blessed me with the best friends ever. The party was more than I could have asked for. I thank God for you all. I don't need to call any names you know yourselves. I love you guys so much. I can't wait until you come and visit. Love you guys.
